If your payment is successful but your subscription is not activated, contact us within 24 hours at help@dsamaster.in.

4. Service Reliability

We strive for 100% uptime, but in the rare event of technical failure:

• Plan extended proportional to significant downtime
• Guaranteed min 1-day extension for outages > 3 hours
• Excludes scheduled maintenance with prior notice

5. Duplicate Charges & Processing

Charged multiple times for the same purchase? Contact us within 48 hours. Verified duplicate charges are refunded back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
